Holiday Tea Invite

Our Christmas Tea Tasting is coming up! Be sure to sign up on this page, using the little widget found below.
Some amazing new teas have come in, and we've got the oldies-but-goodies as well. On the marquee for our Holiday Tea Tasting:
Harvest Apple: Green Tea and Rooibos fused to create a light apple delight. It's not grandma's apple pie but it's full of nostalgia - delivered in a sweet cup of caramel and cinnamon apple.
Orange & Spice: Naturally orange-flavored black tea, fragrant cinnamon chips, tangy orange peel, and a festive dash of cloves. Especially wonderful on a cold winter morning.
Budding Love: Pink and Red Rose petals blended with heart-shaped sugary pieces, this fruit tisane is very unique. Enjoy the raspberry and vanilla notes, but try not to drink alone. Also contains apple pieces, hibiscus, and rose-hip peels.
Masala Chai: An excellent Chai Blend, versatile for anytime of the day. A little cinnamon, a little ginger, and you've got Christmas!

Beat Joffre, Get Free Drink!
The Silver Chair Bookstore just got in a bunch of new games from Out of the Box and PIN, fantastic, fun, smart games companies that we love (especially as Christmas approaches).
One game I've been looking forward to for a while was created by the mastermind behind one of your favorite games, Apples to Apples. The game I've been waiting for...Ninja vs. Ninja! Aw yeah!
The offer on the table is this: if you come in and score first against me (not beat me, just score first, in case you're pressed for time) in Ninja vs. Ninja, I'll give you a free drink of your choice.
You can even pick our new hot Raspberry Chai if you would like. H'mmm...Ninja...

National Novel Writing Month Kickoff
We had a little group Saturday morning that cranked out a couple of thousand words each. Good times, I certainly enjoyed sitting around the table with some coffee and some mutual encouragement going on. I hope any of you who are doing this have managed to keep the momentum up!
